idea and you will find that most of the great ideas in Om Connect do not

Skill
gap training
Aimed mostly at the sub managerial level
employees, the skill sets of an employee (both soft skills and professional
skills) are periodically reviewed to understand the gaps in skill levels.
Training our employees on the identified skill sets ensure that there is
uniformity in performance and response.
Intra
functional interaction
Every employee is encouraged to meet
and work with their counterparts in other departments once a month for half a
day. This keeps our team active and open to ideas. For example, you will find
an employee on web technologies working with the e-commerce team or an employee
from open source applications working with the software development team and so
on.
Om Connect innovation team
This is amongst the most active
groups in Om Connect. Two employees from each department are nominated to the
innovation team and along with their departmental heads; this team meets
regularly to discuss innovations in product, process and policy.
