At Om Connect, we are not just passionate about what we do, but we also believe in incorporating constant innovation into our work practices and work culture. We believe that new ideas will not just set the bench mark but will always raise the bar in our standards of performance and the expectations we set for you. We are always excited when there is a new idea floated. Om Connect actively encourages and incentivizes an innovative idea and you will find that most of the great ideas in Om Connect do not necessarily originate at the top.
Quality Management Thought Leadership explores the delivery of enduring quality in product, systems and software delivery and the challenges and opportunities presented by today's marketplace. The market conditions demand constant agility and innovation in product and software development—with projects predictably delivered to market in minimum time and at minimum cost whilst adhering to compliance mandates and meeting quality expectations. Success is measured in dollars, customer satisfaction and market share where failure can quickly destroy hard-won brand equity. We follow a multi layered approach in ensuring that there is symmetrical information growth and dissemination within our organization.
Skill gap training
Aimed mostly at the sub managerial level employees, the skill sets of an employee (both soft skills and professional skills) are periodically reviewed to understand the gaps in skill levels. Training our employees on the identified skill sets ensure that there is uniformity in performance and response.

Intra functional interaction
Every employee is encouraged to meet and work with their counterparts in other departments once a month for half a day. This keeps our team active and open to ideas. For example, you will find an employee on web technologies working with the e-commerce team or an employee from open source applications working with the software development team and so on.

Om Connect innovation team
This is amongst the most active groups in Om Connect. Two employees from each department are nominated to the innovation team and along with their departmental heads; this team meets regularly to discuss innovations in product, process and policy.
